The dog is warranted only for the purpose of companion animal.  This contract is written for the protection of the Breed/Breeder, the buyer and foremost the Puppy.  To the best of the Breeder's knowledge, the Puppy is in good health at the time of sale as per routine veterinarian examination.  The Buyer, at the Buyer's expense, shall have the Puppy examined by a veterinarian of Buyer's choice within 72 hours of the delivery of the Puppy from Breeder to Buyer.  The guarantee will be extended if the 72 hours should lapse on a holiday or Sunday.  However, this guarantee does not cover any health issues caused by neglect or injury.  Buyer must have health guarantee completed and signed and one copy sent to Breeder within one week of purchase.

 We as the Breeder reserves the right to have the Puppy examined at a Veterinarian of the Breeder's choice as a second opinion.  A Veterinary finding of intestinal parasites does not make the Puppy unfit/unhealthy for purchase, unless the condition is such that the overall health of the Puppy is seriously affected at the time. Puppy Health Guarantee .......... 

This puppy is guaranteed for a period of one year against any congenital or hereditary conditions excluding cherry eye and allergies.  The guarantee will only be up to the purchase price of said puppy.  You must reply with a written Veterinarian statement and allow a consultation with my Veterinarian to qualify for a guarantee.  A written health certification is included by my vet stating the puppy to be healthy with no evidence of health problems or contagious disease.  This puppy must be Veterinarian examined within 3 days of receiving the puppy (time will be extended if a holiday or Sunday fall within the stated period of time) and followed up with proper care and management as advised by your Veterinarian regarding vaccinations and care.  Not having this puppy examined within the stated time period or not returning a signed copy to me, will nullify any health guarantee between buyer and seller.
